This site offers you to get a free CV review right on the front page. The site’s design is light, but the usability of the site could be much better. In the drop-down menu, it’s sometimes hard to locate the information you’re looking for.

Pricing policy

I went to the Prices page at once hoping to see the exact quote of my future CV. However, I was surprised at what I saw. The price for CV depends not on career level or deadline, but on the desired salary in GBP. Moreover, the prices for some options are not available at all; you need to call them to clarify your price. My resume and cover letter was supposed to cost me 219 GBP.

As usual, you’re required to register before making an order. They also offer a long list of other services one may find useful, e.g. tailored cover letter, phone consultation etc. I ordered none of these as I was in need of a standard package. Also the site says nothing concerning the deadline. I had to contact them to ask when I will get my resume written; they answered it would be like 5 days.

Quality of writing and support

For support, you can contact them via phone. Of course, the phone is only available in business hours. I also lacked the description of the process on the site, so after I ordered I only could sit and wait what they will prepare for me. Luckily, the experience wasn’t a disappointment – my resume has been written well.

Conclusion

The resume and cover letter they’ve done for me was ok. Not outstanding, but not bad as well. However, it’s the process that I felt not much satisfied with. Like, you’ve made an order and don’t hear from anyone, and can’t know the stages of work etc. Also, what if I needed it earlier? Anyway, I find the cvresumewriters.com I used before more convenient.
